Working Steps, we follow for successful Execution of Project
Technical Audit:
For Brown Field Projects, we conduct Technical Audit to understand the following:
- If the existing plant is running as per plated capacity or under capacity
- Efficiency of the existing plant
- Product loss
- FFA Carry over in existing plant if any
- Bi products that can be used
- Equipment’s that needs to be replaced
- Spares that needs to be changed
- What equipment’s needs to be added or modified for either increasing the capacity, efficiency of the plant or output quality
- What kind of value added project can be introduced based on the present output?
- Equipment’s / plant needs to be added for existing plant expansion
After the through Technical audit of the existing plant, then only we advise our customer about what best can be done for either modification of the existing plant or project expansion. Once the technical audit is done, and technical guidance is provided to the client, all other working steps of greenfield projects are followed.
