Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil/Cold Press Mustard Oil can be processed in two ways, either using only expeller or through Cold Press Expeller (Chillex) . Spectec Techno Projects Pvt. Ltd can supply both mechanical expeller as well as cold press expeller (Chillex) as per the need and requirement of the client.
With respect to the Modern Process of Processing Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil Refinery, the following process steps are used:

Chillex (Cold Pressed Expeller)
Oil Filtration
In this section, incoming seeds are passed through the multi – tray mechanical seed cleaner which insures the complete removal of foreign particles & dust from the Mastered seed.
SPECTEC’s specially designed seed cleaning unit is efficient enough for making the seed ready for expelling /crushing.
A cleaned seeds enters to the cooker for further treatment, after getting properly conditioned it goes to the Expeller/ cold Press Expeller for maximum oil recovery.
Our Expeller insures the maximum oil recovery after leaving 7 to 8 % of oil in the residual cake with multiple press operation with very high pungency of produced Mustard oil.
Chillex is specially designed for working under cold conditions, for retaining maximum pungency of oil recovered with six stage press operation. It is used for producing Cold Pressed Mastered Oil.
Cold Pressed High Pungent Mustard oil from the CHILLEX Expellers flows to the cold pressed expelled oil holding tank through the trenches, this oil is then pumped by plunger/screw pump to the Vibrato Screens for removing foots out of it. Vibratory Screens are normally located overhead so as to gravity drain of oil to the screened oil tank. Further this oil pumped to the alternating acting filter presses for clear filtration and finally it is polished with Micron filter to prepare oil for sale or for further processing.
