Continuous Solvent Extraction Plants
Oil Milling is a process of pressing the Oil Seeds for extracting crude oil, such as mustard seed, sesame, sunflower, Groundnut, Castor, lin seed. The oil Mill process involves seed cleaning, de stoning, de hulling, cracking, Cooking and Conditioning, followed by expelling for enabling efficient Oil Extraction resulting in best quality crude oil.
Oil Seed Preparation Section
If you want to produce crude oil from the oil seed, then before pressing and extracting, it is important to remove the impurities from the oil seed for making it conducive for processing. The oil seed preparatory section is the most important and the first step in the process of producing crude oil. The process involves seed cleaning, destoning, De hulling, and cooking. This enables an efficient oil extraction process, resulting in the best quality of crude oil output.

Seed Cleaning

Rotory Seed Cleaner
The reason for efficiency:
- Our unique 1-piece barrel design does not have a centre screw to propel grain along the screen. This means the grain rolls down the rotating barrel while continuing along the length of the screen and in some circumstances is thrown against the other side as well, increasing screen area used. Higher rotational speeds result in more aggressive cleaning and by adjusting the angle of the machine, time taken to pass through the barrel can be altered to remove more or less screenings.
- "Scalp Barrels" remove oversize trash before the grain enters the main cleaning barrels increasing the efficiency of the machine.
- Because our cleaning process is so efficient, there is no need to use oversize holes in our screens losing valuable grain to increase throughput.
- All augers drive simultaneously with screens via a drive line eliminating hydraulics which often needs constant monitoring and much larger engines.

De Stoner
Generally, the oilseed procured from the farm constitutes variable impurities like stones, nuts, glass, etc which need to be removed before crude oil processing. A destoner is equipment that efficiently removes stones, glass, and other high-density materials from the seed grain stream. A destoner removes nuts/ stones from the oil seed using the technique of density cum gravity separator with Aspiration System.
