The Process Involves
Soya Nugget Processing Plant
The raw material for Soya Nuggets/ chunks is defatted untoasted soya flour or grits of uniform particle size. The product should have more than 55% of NSI for proper producing soya nuggets/ chunks. The rawmaterial selection is extremely important for manufacturing soya Nugget/ chunks.
The mixed mass is conditioned, extruded to get soya nugget/ chunks, which is dried in the dryer cooler before packaging of soya nuggets.
The additives are added to the defatted and untoasted soya flour grits and moisture is raised to the required level and then it is mixed in a ribbon mixer before conditioning and extruding.

It is a sifting machine which is used for removing particles, impurities from flour.
The soy flour and water are mixed & cooked within the extruder itself followed by extrusion at high pressure along with high temperature due to cooking. Which ultimately results in textured food products.
This dryer is specially designed to remove moisture for freshly extruded soy chunks in order to make them dry and ready for packaging.
After drying the nuggets must be packed through nitrogen flushed pouch packaging.
