Project Planning & Execution:

We at Spectec Techno Projects Pvt. Limited, from the initial days of project conceptualization, support our customers in project planning and execution, thus we provide complete solution from concept to commissioning.

Design & Engineering:

Spectec Techno Projects Pvt. Limited provides end to end design and engineering service to its customers. It provides the most efficient technical design for the customer’s project, tailor made for his industrial requirement and for achieving desired output of the product. Starting from PFD to 3D Modelling of the plant, Detailed Engineering drawing of the project to Isometric drawing to Hydrofil Drawing and P&ID to Site Plan, we provide complete support to our customers.

Installation:

We at Spectec Techno Projects Pvt. Limited, strongly feels that accurate & efficient installation of the project is a key for successful running of the plant and achieving desired output of the product matching the performance guarantees offered. We have a strong and experienced installation team to manage, supervise and execute installation job very efficiently. They are experienced in all aspects of installation process starting from studying the layout, supervising in making the right foundation based on weight & load, movement of equipment’s, setting of the equipment at the right position, piping and electrical and instrumentation.

Commissioning:

After the installation of the project, our commissioning engineer checks & inspects the complete installation of the project in details and checks each and every parameters as per the guarantees provided and running of the operative mechanism. Once our Commissioning engineer is himself satisfied with the running of the plant, only then he invites the customer and his technical team and in front of the customer our Commissioning Engineers runs the plant to show that the plant is running maintaining all operative parameters and that the product output is matching is at par with the performance guarantee offered. We always want to see a smile in our customer’s face during this time and on completion of the trial, we finally handover the plant to our customer.

After Sales Support:

Our responsibility does not end with successful commissioning & handover of the plant to our customer, We at spectec Techno Projects Pvt. Limited, strongly believes that After sales support is an integral part for supporting our customers. So whenever the customer seeks any help, then after understanding the issue of the customer in details technically, if it’s a minor problem, we try to resolve it remotely, for cases where we feel a visit is essential, for that we assign our senior most engineer to visit customer’s site & resolve the issue at the earliest.

Spares:

We understand Spares are very important for smooth and uninterrupted running of the plant, so we keep the spares handy in our stores. So immediately after receiving a requirement from our customer, our technical team talks with the customer to understand what are the spares that are required and the quantity of the same, accordingly we swiftly send the spares that are required.
